(Ginkgo biloba) also known as the Maidenhair Tree, is the only living species of the Ginkophyta - all others are now extinct. Ginkgo is native to China, and has been found in fossils dating back 270 million years. Ginkgo contains high levels of falvenoids and terpenoids - both known for their strong antioxidant effects. It has also been used as an anti-inflammatory, for circulation and heart health and for treatment of stress.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml):
Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba, leaf) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)
Certified Organic alcohol
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Duration of Use:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 months.
Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures.
Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
Known Adverse Reactions:
Headaches have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
